Students see private courses in their course lists, but they cant access them. You cant make a course private during an active term. If a user needs access to a private course, contact your administrator about a courses settings. Hide: You can choose to hide a course from your course list to organize your view.
Hiding a Column from Students From your course, click Grade Center and then Full Grade Center. Click the down arrow beside the column name and select Hide from Students (on/off).

To hide a course Log into Blackboard and go to the Courses page from the left-hand menu. Locate the course you wish to hide. Look to the right of the title for the three dots. Click on the three dots to open the menu and select Hide course. This course is now hidden from view and will not appear in any of your searches.
On your Courses page in Blackboard, click the three dots next to a course and choose Hide Course. If you would like to unhide your course, click the Filter menu and choose Hidden from me. Click the three dots next to a course and choose Show Course.
Blackboard Hide or delete a menu item With Edit Mode set to ON, identify the menu item you wish to hide or delete. Hover your mouse over the menu item you wish to hide or delete and click on the action button that appears. To hide a menu item click on Hide Link. The menu item will be hidden.
