To access your privacy settings, open any Office application, select Account, and under Account Privacy select the Manage Settings button. This will open the Account Privacy settings dialog box where you can select your privacy options.
To remove a sensitivity label that has already been applied to an email, select Edit Sensitivity and then select Remove. Naturally if your organization requires labels on all files you wont be able to remove it.
