after my last video about the hidden brokers fee Im glad to see that many of you guys agree with me many of you guys were outraged and Furious I saw in the comments most people said I should go sue the land seller how could they do this how could he just add in a four percent uh brokers fee right but what did you sign well Im back at the house and I have the contract that I signed and I found a little clause about the brokers fee and give you guys a tour of some of the updates that happened with the house so this is what it looks like for a majority of the house the drywalls uh the mud has been put up so the seams have been patched they have not gone ahead and sanded it yet but this coming week I believe they will be sanding obviously the doors are not in yet right um but for the most part I believe they are done with drywall and they just need to sand next so progress is moving along real nicely okay so in front of me I have the contract that my wife and I signed with the genera
