To clear your Upload Space, please delete the submissions that have file uploads on them. If the submission has been deleted on your Jotform Tables, please do not forget to delete them on the Trashed Entries as well.

In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top. Choose Conditions on the left. Add a new condition and select the Show/Hide Field option.
