To hide a page header on the first or last page The Report Header Properties dialog box opens. Verify that Display header for this report is not selected. In the Print options section, clear the check box for each option to hide the display on the first or last page of the report. Select OK.
To really hide the header so it will not consume the space of report, you can simulate the header with rectangle and page breaks, this is the workaround. Actually I got it, I put that expression in the tablix Visibility tab under Show or Hide based on an expression expression, and it worked like a charm. Thanks!
Page headers and footers are not the same as report headers and footers. Reports do not have a special report header or report footer area. A report header consists of the report items that are placed at the top of the report body on the report design surface. They appear only once as the first content in the report.
To add a page number or other report properties In the Report Data pane, expand the Built-in Fields folder. If you dont see the Report Data pane, on the View tab, check Report Data. Drag the Page Number field from the Report Data pane to the report header or footer.
Select Show or hide based on an expression. Click on the expression button fx . Enter the expression =IIf(CountRows(Items) = 0 , True, False) . Note that this expression is to hide the Textbox (Hidden).
We wanted to hide the Tool Bar from the report. To achieve that we need to pass the rc:Toolbar=false parameter to our reports URL, which we set for the IFrame. . this turned out to be ToolBarButtonsCell.
One workaround is deploying the report on report server, then from URL reporting you can disable the CSV Header. To eliminate column title row that you see before the data, please use NoHeader option. You can use it with URL access, just append rc:NoHeader=true to report url.
To hide a page header on the first or last page The Report Header Properties dialog box opens. Verify that Display header for this report is not selected. In the Print options section, clear the check box for each option to hide the display on the first or last page of the report. Select OK.
