Heres how to fix an out of place rib in seconds. Start seated with very good upright posture. Take your arms, overlap them into a genie position. What Im going to do is turn my upper body and rotate it away from the side of pain, so in this case Id have a lot of left sided pain, Im turning towards my right. Go over as far as you can until you feel a very deep stretch into the ribs and also the upper back. Were going to take this one to the next level by then tilting our body downward like this. This will help expand into those ribs and offer a deeper stretch. You might get a sudden pop, crack, or release but only go to your comfort level. You want to hold this for about five seconds. From there, youre just going to come back up and then rotate into it just a little bit more and repeat this one until you feel that rib release or up to five times.
