Currently, it is not possible to hide multiple pages from one condition. You need to add multiple conditions, one for each page you wish to hide.
Go to Settings. Choose Conditions on the left. Add a new condition and select Skip to/Hide a Page.
There are two ways to create page breaks for your form. The first is to use the Page Break element found in the left panel. The other is by clicking the Add New Page Here found at the bottom of the form.
You can use the Show/Hide Field conditional logic if you need to show or hide questions on your form depending on the users answer.Heres how to set it up: In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top. Choose Conditions on the left. Add a new condition and select the Show/Hide Field option.

To hide a form it is necessary to call the Hide() method of the form to be hidden.
Note: Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple fields.Heres how: Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder. Click Conditions on the left. Select the Show/Hide Field option.
How do I hide the Next button Open your form in Form Builder. Click on the Next button to highlight it and click on the Gear icon. Clicked on the Advanced tab and set Next Button Visibility to Hidden.
