I. Stop Inheriting Permissions from Your SharePoint Site: Go to the gear Site Contents. Hover over the document library click the ellipsis [] SETTINGS. Under Permissions and Management, click Permissions for this document library. Click Stop Inheriting Permissions.
Navigate to the SharePoint library where your documents are stored. Right-Click on the document and choose Manage Access from the menu. Click on the Advanced link at the bottom of the Manage Access Pane and click on the Delete Unique Permissions button from the ribbon. Confirm the prompt once!
When you change the permission levels for a child, you break inheritance. This means that it no longer inherits permissions from its parent. For example, you may only want a specific subset of users to access a certain subsite. In this case, you would break permissions inheritance and set a higher necessary level.
If inheritance is disabled at a specific level, the object, either a file or folder will not inherit permissions from its parent folders. If that object is a folder its own children, subfolders and files, will still inherit permissions of that folder as long as those child objects themselves have inheritance enabled.
Solution Select the data card for the field you want to hide until a choice value is selected. In the top, left-hand corner of the Power Apps editor, select the visible property.
To restore permission inheritance for a list or document library, do the following: Login to SharePoint Online and navigate to the list or library where you want to remove unique permissions. On the ribbon, click on the List/Library tab, and then in the Settings group, click on List / Document Library Settings.
When you break permissions inheritance for a list, library, or survey and then define new permission settings, the list (or library) becomes a parent for items in it. Items under that parent now inherit the new permission settings (unless the items have uniquely defined permissions.)
