going to click the new button like youre adding a new item youll select this edit form icon in the upper right hand corner and select edit columns youll see our list of fields here and next to each field youll have three dots that you can click click that and go to edit conditional formula so for this State field I only want to show it if the country selected is United States I can do that with this simple formula here if country equals United States set the visibility of this to True otherwise set the visibility of this to false and we can tell we have conditional formatting applied because that field is now grayed out so we can click save one more time here to apply this close out a reform go back to New now we see State isnt showing in this but if we click the drop down and select United States now the state option appears
