hello sfdc folks hope everyone is doing good so today i am going to discuss about a very cool and interesting feature of salesforce that is dynamically controlling the visibility of certain fields based on certain conditions i mean if you can control the visibility of this field on the record detail page based on certain conditions if you want to hide it it will be hidden and if you want to show it it will be displayed and i am sure this is not possible via page layout directly so in our scenario what have i done is i have a property object which has this field called property type if it is for sale i will only display the selling price of the property and similarly if the property type is for rent then i will i will show the rent per month field so i hope this is clear to you the scenario i will only show the respective fields based on the property type so this can be done via lightning app builder so lets directly go to edit this page so this will navigate us to the lightning record

Plain and simple, stock is a share in the ownership of a company. Stock represents a claim on the companys assets and earnings. As you acquire more stock, your ownership stake in the company becomes greater. Whether you say shares, equity, or stock, it all means the same thing.
Stock Purchase represents ownership in the company. The stock options represent a stocks choice to buy or sell (depending on option type). Shareholders receive voting rights in important company matters and a share of the companys dividends (if any).
An option is a right to acquire stock. It is not a grant of stock itself, just the right to buy a share of stock at some predefined price (the exercise price). People holding options are not stockholders, do not vote like stockholders, and are merely holders of a contractual right to acquire stock.
Stock options are also compensation expense to the company. This expense is recognized as the employee earns service time up to the vesting date. The appropriate debit is made to compensation expense each accounting period with a credit to additional paid-in capital.
Shares give the holder immediate ownership of a stake in the company. Options are the promise of ownership of a stake in the company at a fixed point in the future, at a fixed price. Option holders only become shareholders when their options are exercised and have converted into shares.
Stock options are a form of compensation. Companies can grant them to employees, contractors, consultants and investors. These options, which are contracts, give an employee the right to buy, or exercise, a set number of shares of the company stock at a preset price, also known as the grant price.
An important factor in the debate between share options vs shares is that shares are a small stake in company ownership. Options, on the other hand, give you no ownership of the company. Instead, they are only the contract that gives you the ability to purchase or sell a share at a set price by a set date.
Your percentage ownership. Your percentage ownership matters more than the number of options you were given. To calculate percentage ownership, take the number of shares you were offered and divide by the total number of fully diluted shares outstanding.
