How to create a survey block? Login QuestionPro Surveys. Create a new survey. A survey block will be created automatically in the new survey. All questions will be added to this default block. To create a new block, click on Add Block.
When the criteria you define in your conditions are met, you can skip respondents to future points in your survey, show or hide questions, show or hide pages, or invalidate questions and customize the error message.
Right click on the answer category want to hide to get this menu. Select add display logic Page 2 2. Set the condition for Display Logic. To hide the answer category, select the Intro Question (Q1) and Is Not Displayed.
With your mouse, click and drag each question, then drop it on the SKIP QUESTIONS page. Click OPTIONS. Unselect Require an Answer to This Question (if enabled). Click SAVE.
Click the Survey Options button. Make sure you are on the Survey tab (underlined blue above). Check off Anonymize Response Do NOT record any personal information and remove panel association (not recommended) in the Survey Termination section of the popup. Click Save Changes when you are finished.
To delete responses from the response list, select the check box next to the individual response. Once the responses are selected, a drop down will appear in the top right corner. You can select the delete action from this drop down.
