Via a calendar invite using Outlook online (webmail) Open Outlook from your browser in Microsoft 365. Open the calendar, and click on New Event. Click on the Response options and ensure Hide attendees list is ticked. Add in the subject of the meeting where it indicates Add a title.
In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin center, go to Voice Caller ID policies. Click on the Add button. Under the New caller ID policy, type a description to know why the policy was created. So after typing the description, move on to set up the rest of the settings to hide the personal phone number.
Go to the Teams admin center. In the left navigation, go to Meetings Meeting settings. Under Participants, turn on Anonymous users can join a meeting.
In the left navigation, click Users. Click the user name from the list of available users. Next to Audio Conferencing, click Edit. Use the Toll number or Toll-free number fields to enter the numbers for the user.
Click Meetings in the left menu. Under Show attendees (Windows) or Attendee Settings (Mac), uncheck View the Attendee List.
Before sending, click the Response Options top right and select Hide attendee list. Optionally, you can also UNselect Allow forwarding to avoid uninvited people getting into your group session.
While in the Teams meeting, from the meeting controls, click or tap Show Participants. In the Participants column, click or tap the three-dots icon to reveal a menu. From the drop down menu, select Pin. The pinned participant becomes the focus in your view (and only your view) regardless of the speaker.
Add the relevant title, attendees, date and time, and message info. Make sure you make this a Teams meeting. Before sending, click the Response Options top right and select Hide attendee list. Optionally, you can also UNselect Allow forwarding to avoid uninvited people getting into your group session.
