Click the gear icon and choose Select Fields to Display. Select columns on the left and click the right-facing arrow to move them to the Visible Fields area on the right. To hide a field, select it in the Visible Fields area and click the left-facing arrow to move it to the Available Fields area on the left.
Remove a Column If a column of information is no longer helpful, you can remove it from the report. Click the arrow to the right of the column you want to remove. Select Remove Column.
To hide a column in your report, edit your report and click the column. In the slide over, click the box next to Hide field to remove the column from your report without deleting it. You can also manage whether columns are hidden or not in bulk.
On the Report Type, locate the Fields Available for Reports section and click Edit Layout. On Field Layout Properties, locate the EventApiEventc field. It will show up as DEPRECATED. Drag and drop the DEPRECATED field to the Fields Lookup window on the right-hand side to remove it.
To change that profiles field visibility, simply click on their current status. Thatll land you on the page displays that profiles current field-level security (and below that page layout, but ignore the page layout section here). Uncheck Visible on the field youre trying to hide. And youre all set!
To hide a query field in Access, open the query that contains the field to hide from the result set in query design view. Then, in the QBE Grid, uncheck the checkbox in the Show row of the field you want to hide. Then click the Save button in the Quick Access toolbar to save your changes.
Hide / Show Columns in a Report To limit a column from being displayed in a report, Select the report from the Reports tab in Edit mode. Go to Report Settings - Column Properties option. Column Properties tab displays a list of columns in a report along with a list of columns that are kept hidden by default.
To set field visibility rules: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Employee , and then select Employee Field Access. Turn on Employee field visibility rules. Select Default Categories or Create Custom Categories. Set the visibility for each category and persona. Review and save your changes.
