so welcome to another forum title video and in this video well talk about how to hide hidden fields from the form builder so what you can do is under elements type the word hidden you can get a field you can get multiple of these if you wish Ill get a couple here just to sort of demonstrate and then you can call them whatever you want one value one field three value three just example hidden tools here you can also go to form variables such hiddens and then click configure hiddens and you can add fields here as well so you can click plus you can call out a note field or and then call it value for for apply and add it but once they are there sometimes other than debugging you may just be designing your form at that point you dont really need these hidden fields and you want to hide them from the Builder itself rather than clicking on them and then and then moving them somewhere like all the way towards the bottom of the page okay they can get in the way Im sure thats the case you f

I. Removing Blank Rows with Find Select Click Find Select. Click to Go to Special. Choose Blanks. Click OK and then all the blank rows/cells will be highlighted. Choose the Delete under Cells section on the Home Tab. Click Delete Sheet Rows.
Select all the filtered rows: Press Ctrl + Home, then press the down-arrow key to go to the first data row, then press Ctrl + Shift + End. Right-click on any selected cell and choose Delete row from the context menu or just press Ctrl + - (minus sign).
Hide or show rows or columns Select one or more columns, and then press Ctrl to select additional columns that arent adjacent. Right-click the selected columns, and then select Hide.
Select all blank columns - click on the first column letter, press Shift, and then click the letter of the last blank column. Right-click the selected columns and choose Delete from the pop-up menu.
In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the Number tab and select Custom from the Category list. In the Type field, enter three semicolons (;;;). This will hide the selected columns when the formula evaluates to TRUE.
Select Visible Cells using Go To Special Dialog Box Select the data set in which you want to select the visible cells. Go to the Home tab. In the Editing group, click on Find and Select. Click on Go To Special. In the Go To Special dialog box, select Visible cells only. Click OK.
To do this, select the row or column you want to delete, then press Ctrl+-. If you want to delete multiple rows or columns at once, you can select them all by holding down the Shift key while you click on the row or column headers. Then, you can press the Delete key or right-click and click on Delete, just like before.
