[Music] hello welcome at the op universe of tanzania and today im going to show you how to add an evaluation form into your modal codes before that make sure you have logged in with the correct username when you password then go to the right-hand side and then select uh one of your calls you need to add in a version form then go at the top and turn editing on then scroll down go to cause evaluation remove the carriage evaluation form go to edit then delete then go on the same content then add an activity or resource go to questionnaire then write the title of the variation form description part you can leave it availability patch you can also skip it go to response options type write choose response once i mean respond once respondent type select anonymous then student can view all responses then choose never submission notification no save or resume answers say no allow branching questions no auto numbering then leave it as it is then submission grades you can leave it go to content

Select Hide Grades (See Fig. 2). This will hide any current grades already in the column so that students can no longer see them. However, it will not hide any future grades in the column.
With grades hidden, assignment comments still show up.
By default, the Total grade is hidden from students in Canvas, which also hides Assignment Group scores.
How do I hide totals in student grades? Click Settings on the left hand navigation. You will see the Course Details page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click more options. Click beside Hide totals in student grades summary. Click Update Course Details.
This will hide the total grade and any associated assignment group total grades from students.
How to hide grades if your assignment column is empty Go to your Canvas Gradebook. Select the 3 dot icon at the top of the assignment column (See Fig. 1). Select Grade Posting Policy. Change the setting to Manual. Select Save. The grades will be hidden from the students until you choose to Post Grades.
Check the Hide totals in student grade summary checkbox to hide the total grades column from students, so that it doesnt appear on their grade summary page.
By default, the policy is set to automatic for the course, which means students see their grade as soon as it is entered for assignments. When the courses posting policy is changed to manual, grades are hidden from students and remain hidden until the instructor posts grades for a particular assignment.
