to hide an email account from the global address list in exchange online first log into the exchange online admin center go to mailboxes select the account that you wish to hide so well select this one here and youve got the option here to hide from the address list so click on that select to on and then select save and we can see this has now been updated and select close so this email address will no longer apply in a global address list you can also do this in the classic exchange admin center so if you go to your dashboard mailboxes select the account click on the edit icon and down the bottom here therell be a little check box where it says hide from address list so either select this or uncheck it and select save and thats how you can remove or add an email address to the global address list in exchange online you
