hi everyone on this channel I create videos packed with lots of great information this video is the second in a new series about using Microsoft Excel so if youd like to learn more about excel subscribe to my channel sometimes I get a list of names that are formatted such that theres a first name a space and then the last name and thats fine but sometimes I want to sort the names by last name and its difficult to do when theyre formatted like that so Im going to teach you how to take the list of names separate it out between the first name and the last name and then put it back together such that we have the last name a comma and then the first name lets get started by highlighting the names of the people were going to visit the data tab and then were going to select text to columns when Excel looks at our data you can automatically determine that between the words theres a space so by default in this situation its going to select delimited so at this point lets just click

Change the Field Size property for the StaffID field to 7. On the Table Tools Fields tab, in the Properties group, type 7 in the Field Size box and press Enter. Click Yes.
How to change tab name Open your form in the Form Builder. Go to the Settings tab. Select the Form Settings tab and click the Show More Options button. After that, scroll down and edit the Page Title.
Scroll down and search for the following options: Show Form Title Set it to No to hide the form title. Show Form Progress Set it to No to hide the progress bar.
Open Account Settings. Next, scroll down to Jotform Branding. Uncheck the Show Powered by Jotform on my forms option.
On the Form Layout Tools Design tab, in the Tools group, click the Add Existing Fields button. In the Field List pane, click and drag Premium from the list of fields under InsurancePlans to the right of the InsuranceID controls in the form.
Jotform will automatically create a username for you.Heres how to change your username: Open Account Profile. Next, click on Edit at the right end of the Username row. Enter your new username then click on Save.
It is not possible to remove the Last Name in the Name field. You can remove the Name field and then replace it with the Short Text field instead. Let us know if you have any other questions.
