So how do we get there? Start off by going to the Gear Icon in the upper right-hand corner and click on Custom Form Styles under Your Company. Then, click on New Style and choose Invoice. Our layout screen is user-friendly and gives you all your options in three tabs: Design, Content, and Emails.
Go to Get paid pay or Sales, then select Invoices (Take me there) or Estimates. Select Create invoice or Create estimate to create a new form. Or to edit an existing form, select an invoice or estimate from the list and select View/Edit.
Select Settings ⚙ and then Sales Forms. Select the Customize Invoice template. Follow the onscreen steps to change your companys default logo, color, and footer message.
In QuickBooks Simple Start, you can create multiple invoice templates. You can customise invoices, but not other types of sales forms. All the tools you need to customise invoices are on the form itself: Create or open an invoice.
