Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials. If you have already added signatures or initials, they are displayed as options to choose from.
This can be done by following the steps below: Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
How to lock a PDF form after signing it Open a PDF in docHub Pro and choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form. Double-click the necessary signature field to open its Properties. In Signed, tick the box Mark as read-only. Save changes.
Occasionally, you or the signer may choose to lock the document after signing. In this case, the document becomes read-only and no further changes are allowed; even a signature cant be added in the document. The Lock document after signing option is useful if youre the last signer or the only one signer.
A signature block is the text surrounding a signature, that gives that signature context and provides additional information. Signature blocks often contain the name of the party, the names and titles of people (either entities or human beings) signing on behalf of that party, and contact information for that party.
Open the PDF document with docHub Pro/Reader DC or XI application. On the right side, click Protect to open the Protect options. Click on Protect Using Password option.
Step 9 To lock your form so that users can only fill out your form, click the Protection tab in the right side toolbar, then select Restrict Editing. Enter the same password in both fields, then click the OK button to save the password.

In the Manage Internet Access dialog box, choose from the following options: To allow access to all websites, select Allow PDF Files To Access All Web Sites. To restrict access to all websites, select Block PDF Files Access To All Web Sites. To restrict access to only the websites you specify, select Custom Setting.
