[Music] this extension was designed to hide unnecessary fields when viewing a record for example lets open up our test contact and go into the edit mode if you notice we have family information we have child 3 4 which are empty fields and if we scroll down we see mailing peel box and the mail of country so those fields are just empty now if I go to the detail view of the contact we then see that those empty fields are not visible so no child 3 4 or peel box or country so basically what it does it hides all the empty fields on the record so you dont have to scroll through basically empty fields now lets take a look at another example if we go to our lead test record and if I open this one you can see we have found 1 through 4 but now if we go to the Edit view we have up to 8 phone fields on this record however would only show the ones that are filled in so if I cancel it I can see only through form 4 thats the summary view if I go to details the same logic applies again if I go

This can be done by following the steps below: Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
The signature block is a group of fields. The signature block field cannot be made optional and is always required. By default, the signature block contains both a signature field, and an e-mail field. Account Admins can adjust what fields are included in the signature block.
Open the PDF. Click the Lock icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the Security Method drop down, select: No Security.
Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials. If you have already added signatures or initials, they are displayed as options to choose from.
With the form fields added to the PDF, right click on the Signature field you are wanting to edit and choose Properties. Then from the Signed tab, choose to Mark as read-only and select the fields you want to lock after signing. Finally, Close.
However, enterprise customers that want to enforce the default fields size for all signature and initial fields may do so by contacting their success manager and requesting that the resizing of signature fields be disabled.
How to lock a PDF form after signing it Open a PDF in docHub Pro and choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form. Double-click the necessary signature field to open its Properties. In Signed, tick the box Mark as read-only. Save changes.
Step 9 To lock your form so that users can only fill out your form, click the Protection tab in the right side toolbar, then select Restrict Editing. Enter the same password in both fields, then click the OK button to save the password.
