[Music] hi in this video were going to show you how to hide text in Microsoft Word so lets say maybe you want to print or save a Word document to PDF to email but you dont want a certain paragraph in there so rather than deleting the text and then retyping it back in or repasting it back in or doing a save as with a new document you could simply hide the text and then either you know print or save to PDF and then just simply unhide it when youre done so to do so simply highlight the text you want to hide in the font group under home click on the Arrow here and go to Hidden and now you can see its hidden there now to get it back you cant just go there and unhide it you kind of have to highlight where it was its a little tricky so now you can see weve got a little highlight there and now we can uncheck it and its back so another way you could do it once its hidden if you forget where it was you could click on the paragraph marker here and itll show your hidden text underline w
