Removing Photos on a Sold Home Click on Edit Photos Then check the box Hide listing photos. A popup window will ask you if you are sure: After selecting, Yes Hide Photos the photos will be removed!
What can you do? Contact the local MLS and request removal of the public display of your homes interior photos. Ask the MLS if this change will remove them from the IDX/broker feed or if additional calls are necessary? Contact brokerages/agents that have your sold data displayed and make the same request.
Once youve claimed ownership, you can start removing photos from Zillow: Log into your Zillow profile at zillow.com. On your homes property page, select Edit photos from the More dropdown menu. Click on a photo, then click Remove Photo. Click Save Changes when youre done.
Zillow is user-friendly for real estate professionals, too. Their platform integrates with your MLS, enabling it to pull data and real estate images from your MLS listing.
You contact the agents broker and ask that it be removed.
Log into your profile at realtor.com. Go to your owner dashboard under the My Home tab. Click the Remove Photos button.
Only licensed agents and brokers can access an MLS and make changes, such as removal. Whether youre a buyer or seller, ask your listing agent to close out the listing on the MLS. This may not necessarily get everything removed right away, but its a start.
You can ask for the photos to be removed in your contract, so that once you close on your new home the sellers agent will take the photos off the MLS, he says.
Once again, you can ask your listing agent to remove your photos and other home information from websites they have access to. If your agent is dragging their feet, you can take matters into your own hands and remove the information from each site.
