Hide or show a field in Jira If you no longer want to expose a field through Jiras user interface, select the Hide link associated with that field. You can make this field visible again at any time by selecting the Show link.

You need to be a Jira administrator to create a new custom field.Add a new custom field for approvals Go to Settings ( ) Issues. Select Custom fields Create custom field. Select Advanced. Select Next. Name your field, and add a description if desired. Select Create.
Create or edit a form From the navigation on the left, select Project settings or Service project settings Forms. Select Create form. Replace the automatically generated form name with your desired form name. Add fields by selecting Fields, and then selecting your desired field type.
