Select the Preview button to view the hidden text. Select the Show Preview button at the bottom of the dialogue box. Select Show Hidden Text from the preview of the document. You can scroll through the pages of your PDF using the double arrow buttons on the gray Acrobat navigation bar.
You can receive an Authentication failed error message in the docHub Content Viewer when attempting to Sign In. If this error occurs, first make sure that you have signed in to Acrobat.com using a valid docHub ID. If you cannot sign in to Acrobat.com, click Create An docHub ID and follow the prompts.
Email authentication: The signer is sent an email, inviting them to access the e-sign ceremony by clicking a link. Authentication happens with a successful login to the email account. Login credentials: The signer is authenticated by the sending partys system prior to accessing the transaction.
If the PDF was made in an older version of docHub, or some other form of file editing program, docHub may have an issue validating the signature, as the document is altered once docHub opens it, with the signature. Certain Fonts, colors or images may cause this issue.
Open the Preferences dialog box. Under Categories, select Signatures. For Verification, click More. To automatically validate all signatures in a PDF when you open the document, select Verify Signatures When The Document Is Opened.
You can disable the date and name by going to Account tab-Account settings-Signature Preferences and uncheck Well formatted Signature.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
