Lets say for instance, you have to sign a document. Well, today you could print out that document, then you could sign it, then you could scan it in again, and then you could send it off. But thats a lot of work. It wastes paper and you need to have a printer. I dont even have a printer. Today Im going to show you how you could create an electronic signature, two different ways. One of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone, and then well bring that onto our PC, so itll be digital all the way. The second technique, were going to sign our name, take a high quality photo of it, and then well bring that into the PC. So, Ill show you those two different ways. Go to Edit - Preferences - Signatures and click on More next to Verification. Then un-tick the box that says Verify signatures when the document is opened.
Remove digital signatures from Word or Excel Open the document or worksheet that contains the visible signature you want to remove. Right-click the signature line. Click Remove Signature. Click Yes.
Click Signature on the left side of the page, click the spot where you want to insert your signature, and click the yellow Adopt and Sign button at the bottom of the window. Your signature will appear in the desired place on the document. Click Finish at the top of the page.
How to remove a digital signature from a PDF online. If the document is still being made, its very easy to unsign a PDF. You simply right-click on the signature field, click Clear Signature (or your document platforms equivalent), and digitally sign the document again if need be.
To remove your signature, right-click the signature and then choose Clear Signature.
