Heres how: Go to Get paid pay or Sales, then select Customers (Take me there). Select the name of a customer to expand their details. Select Edit at the top. In the Additional info section, check the box for This customer is taxable. Select Save.

Turn Off Sales Tax Go to Taxes and select the Sales Tax tab. Click Sales tax settings. Search for the tax agency you want to disable. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column. Click on Make inactive.
