How to edit or delete Statutory Sick Pay Go to Payroll and select Employees (Take me there). Select the applicable employee. Click on the Leave section. Select the leave period you want to edit or delete. To edit, use the menu that opens. To delete, select the bin icon.

Select the Actions button and choose Adjust Leave. Select the Leave Category you wish to correct it to and enter the Hours (as a negative). Tick the Apply Earnings Rules or Apply Loading checkboxes if applicable. Enter any relevant Notes, then select Save.
Sick leave and personal days are intended for unplanned issues in which an employee suddenly cannot work, but will still be able to receive pay. While sick leave and personal days are similar, employees should only use sick days when their health is inhibiting work performance.
