sometimes you just dont want to share your complete calendar details with your colleague at the same time you just want to show what your availability looks like microsoft outlook allows you to partially hide calendar details for this purpose let me show you how this is done im going to launch my outlook using a browser as soon as the outlook launches on the left hand side click on calendar and once the calendar comes up activate your calendar put it by putting a blue check mark next to it and then click on these three dots here for more option from the context menu select sharing and permission and a pop-up window will appear that shows you your permission for your calendar here right now its showing as can view all details so the meeting organizer can see all my calendar details including what kind of meeting im attending so if you dont want to show what kind of meeting youre attending but just want to block out showing that youre busy you click can view when im busy

No Author or Date If a source is missing both the author or publication date, the citation will include the title, n.d. for no date, and the source. Make sure that there is no identifiable author. Sometimes the author is a company or other group rather than an individual.
When creating a Works Cited citation for a website, the date you accessed the material should be included. Date of access is listed day, month, and year and is included at the end of the citation.
For books, use the year of publication in the citation. The date (year) follows the publisher name preceded by a comma. If the year does not appear on the title page, look on the verso page (the back of the title page). Usually, the latest copyright date is cited.
When the webpage you are citing does not indicate a date, use n.d. instead of the year in both the in-text citations and reference entries.
No Date. If no date is provided, skip that information. Its recommended that you add the date you accessed the work at the end of the citation. Access date is given by putting the word Accessed followed by the Day Month (Shortened) Year the work was accessed/viewed.
If no author or creator is provided, start the citation with the title of the source you are citing instead. Do not use Anonymous as the authors name. Use the first one, two, or three main words from the title, in either italics or in quotation marks (the same way it is written in your Works Cited list).
The access date (the day you visited a website and got information from it) is not a required element in your citation. However, the MLA Style Center suggests including it when no date of publication is available, or if you suspect the work may be altered or removed (Access Date par. 2).
Do not include the issue volume and number, if it is provided. In-Text Citation Include the name of the newspaper and the publication date in your citation.
