Click Reservations, then select the reservation you want to change. Under Reservation actions, select Change reservation dates prices. Under Select new dates, add the new check-in and check-out date. Click Check availability and change prices to manually enter a new reservation price, then click Next.
Create an online reservation block on the OpenTable website Click Availability Planning in the menu and choose the Special Days tab. Click the date you want to add the block to. Each days shift times and any created special days are posted on the calendar to show days available to make temporary changes.
Under Open or close for bookings, click on Closed to block those dates. Click on Save and the dates will turn red to confirm that theyre now blocked for bookings.
What does blocking dates mean? A blocked date is a date, or period, that you have set to prevent any student from being scheduled to you. For example you or another teacher may be out for the day, a department might have a meeting during the school day, or be away for a training session.
Open the Pulse app and tap Availability. Scroll down to the date you want to block and tap the toggle button next to the applicable room or unit. The status will change from Bookable to Closed.
Under Open or close for bookings, click on Closed to block those dates. Click on Save and the dates will turn red to confirm that theyre now blocked for bookings.
Click Rates Availability, then select Calendar. Find the room or unit type youd like to update availability for, then adjust the number of them you want to sell and on which dates, in the Rooms to sell row. You can then edit the price for that room type in the Rate plan row.
Click on Reservations and select the reservation you want to change the dates of. Click on Change reservation dates prices and add the new check-in and check-out dates under Select new dates. Click on Change dates to finalise.
