Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private.
To add a new calendar: Open the Availability panel: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. Click Add new calendar. Enter the calendars name and any details you want to include, such as an image, time zone, and location.
You can add multiple calendars on Acuity Scheduling. Under business settings, I can view my availability based on all the calendars Ive added. It works with Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook Office 365, just to name a few.
