here Im going to show you how to make it easier to focus on certain parts of your workbook without having to export those parts so how to hide data here and there so you can send it to your co-worker and have them only focus on what you want them to see and Im going to show you three simple robust tips for them so here we have a nice workbook with a few tabs but I only want the user lets say here on this tab to focus on one chart now lets say that you have a lot of charts is there an easy way to make it so they only focus on this one right here well yes there is and that is tip one so we want to go to the page layout tab and then we can go and click selection pane and this is going to show you all of the objects here that we can show and hide and there are quite a lot of them but the ones called chart are going to be for our charts so lets say that we dont want to show this one down here we can click the little I right here and the chart is gone and the same for this guy which is

Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private. Save or send your meeting or appointment as usual. Any meeting attendees will be able to see the details of the meeting.
Right click Calendar and choose Properties. Then click the Permissions tab. Now just change the Read permission from Free/Busy time to the entry that includes subject and location, or choose Full Details.
Change the privacy settings for an event On your computer, open Google Calendar. Open the event you want to update. Click Default visibility and choose the privacy setting for the event. Click Save.
To prevent that any details of your Calendar is exposed via the Schedule Assistant, you can change the permissions on your Calendar folder. To do this, set the default permissions for your Calendar to Can view when Im busy (Exchange Online) or Free/Busy time (Exchange On-Premises).
In the Print dialog box, please go to the Print range section, and then check the Hide details of private appointments box.
To prevent other users from seeing event details, you can set individual events as private. To do this, select Private in the Visibility section when you create an event. To manually select who can see your calendar, you can override the default sharing settings set by your administrator.
Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private. Save or send your meeting or appointment as usual. Any meeting attendees will be able to see the details of the meeting.
Click the three dots to the right of the calendar name. Click Sharing and Permissions. Next to People in my organization select Not Shared to not share any information, or click Can view when Im busy for others to see times you are available. This does not allow viewers to see meeting details, only availability.
