A: When printing a document in docHub from File Print, it will automatically print the document with any annotations that are being displayed directly on the document.Printing a PDF With / Without Comments Go to Edit - Preferences. Select Print Defaults option. Select Document Only option.
This is especially useful when printing: Click Review to show all the options. Under Tracking, click Show Markup. Click on comments to deselect and hide your comments.
Disable Comments on an Envelope From the Add Documents and Recipients view, select ADVANCED OPTIONS. In the Advanced Options dialog, scroll down to the Comments section and clear the Enable Comments checkbox. Select SAVE.

Hide comments using Display for Review Click the Review tab in the Ribbon. In the Tracking group, click Display for Review. A drop-down menu appears. Select No Markup or Original to hide the markup area, including comments.
How to hide comments when printing in word ? You must open the document you want to hide comments when printing in Word. Go to the review tab and click on the markup menu. After opening the drop-down menu, you will only have to press the no marking option.
If you want to hide the comments along with the markups, go to the Review tab and Tracking section of the ribbon. In the Display for Review drop-down box, pick No Markup. This hides all markup, comments, and comment indicators.
