I like to keep a medication list in my wallet but what are the important pieces of information on a medication list that I should include sure youre going to want the name of the medication um both the brand name and the generic name if if you know them if youre taking the brand for example youd want to put both there if youre just taking the generic then the generic would be fine the dose that youre taking how many milligrams um how often you take it how you take it if its orally if you crush it if you if its an injection those types of things and then ideally when you go to the doctor you would put in there the last time you took it thats you know a little harder to keep up if youre taking multiple medications multiple times a day thats not always going to be completely up to date but if you can update it before you go to the doctor to say like oh I havent taken this for the last week but normally I take it when I experience this type of a thing those are the things that i
