Click Object Settings and select the object for which you want to update the field settings. Click Edit. Under Field Permissions, for each field, specify the kind of access you want for users with this profile, and save your settings.
From the Fields Available for Reports section, click Edit Layout. Drag and drop the missing fields from the Field Definition Fields section, then click Save. You can also add additional fields via lookup on your primary or secondary object by clicking Add fields via lookup.
How to hide/unhide columns in Tableau To hide a column simply right click on the column and select Hide. Note, you can show any hidden column by right clicking any of the visible columns and choose Show hidden data. Alternatively, you can go to the analysis menu and select Reveal Hidden Data.
You can not hide calculated column from content type and calculated column will not appear in new form. You can see calculated column value in edit form or list view which you can hide or show.
