Log into your profile at realtor.com. Go to your owner dashboard under the My Home tab. Click the Remove Photos button.
Hidden: The number of times agents or clients placed the listing into the Hidden collection of their portals. Hidden by Agents: The number of times agents clicked the Hide option for this listing on their customer portals. This feature is used only by other members of the MLS.
Only licensed agents and brokers who pay for membership to the MLS have access to the full feed. As such, theyre the only people who can post real estate thereor remove those listings. What this means for home buyers and sellers is you cant just call up the MLS and ask the service to take a house off the site.
When hidden, the listing will not send updated notifications. However, the listings marked as hidden will still show in the SAVED search tab for the clients portal. Need more information?
The Listings Performance Report will provide details on how many times the listings have shown up in search results, appeared in searches, how many times the listings were viewed, consumer activity, inquiries, leads received, and profile views.
The selected listing will move to the Hidden by Agent listing collection for the contact and it wont be shown again in preview mode. You can reinstate a hidden listing at any time by going to the Portal tab for the contact in Flexmls. Click on the Hidden by Agent listing collection.
To change the status of a listing, start on the Change Listing page. To go to the page, click Change Listing under Add/Change on the menu. Then enter an MLS number or click on a listing in the My Listings section of the page.
Do for your agent what you expect in return, and be direct and kind. Ask them if theres a good time for you both to talk, so they can be mentally prepared for the rejection. During your scheduled call, tell your real estate agent youve chosen to work with someone else and thank them for their time.
