okay so today were going to be talking about how to hide a form or a field on an acuity appointment booking page now this is not intuitive its not a feature that acuity just has it is something that youre going to have to add custom to this appointment booking page a lot of other systems do have this built in but acuity doesnt which is honestly quite annoying but it is what it is so to get around the issue you need to use the advanced css feature and it is actually really simple to do this so you basically need to copy and paste this code here and its just open bracket square bracket data hyphen form hyphen id equals and then in double quotation marks the form id number and then closed square bracket and then open curly bracket and then display colon none and then semicolon and then closed curly bracket and they just have to save those changes now i prefer just to do this as a as a entire form rather than just a form field you can just do it with a form field if you want but i fin

With the Salesforce Hidden Field Editor, easily find and edit the fields that you care about if it is not available in page layout. Once you have added the extension, you can directly use the tool to access fields without putting any effort to login to that org.
If users dont have access to a custom field, it wont appear in the Field settings. To make it visible: Go to Setup Object Manager Select Lead/Contact/Account Fields Relationships Select the custom field not appearing Make it visible in the Field-Level Security settings.
The field is hidden only for the Page Layout and not for Field Level Security. Please be aware that when the field is hidden because of page layout the users can still access the field via reports, search results, list views, and the API.
If they are the required field, then you cannot remove/hide it from the pagelayout. and where you dont need the field, you can hide it on pagelayout.
Open your Formyoula form and add a new hidden field anywhere on the form. Click the pencil icon to edit the field and update the label and value. The value will be the record type id you would like to use for new records created on Salesforce.
Expand the Entity you want to customize, such as Leads, and choose Fields. Click the name of the field you want to expose. Click Set Field-Level Security. A list of users with access to that field displays.
Under the Field-Level Security section, click View next the object that contains the target field. Click Edit. Uncheck the Visible checkbox next the field youd like to hide. Click Save.
