At the top of the form, select Edit form Edit columns. In the Edit columns pane, check (to show) or uncheck (to hide) the checkbox for the column or columns as needed.
Show or hide a column in a list or library. Go to the list or library where you want to show or hide columns. , then select Column Settings Show/hide columns. In the Edit view columns pane, check (to show) or uncheck (to hide) the box for the column or columns as needed.
To hide a column, right-click on its column title and choose Hide from the context menu. The column disappears from the display. To unhide a column, right-click on the title of the column to the right of where you want to insert the column, and choose Unhide from the context menu.
In order to exclude a column in an Analytics report from display tick the index sign on the top of the column and select Column Properties. In the displayed form select tab Column Format and then tick the Hide checkbox.
To hide a row or column in a grid: In the Grid Designer, select a row or a column. In the Properties panel, click for columns, or for rows. In Display, click Show to toggle it to Hide.
To run an out of the box Acquisitions (or other area) report, click on the appropriate subject folder, then the Reports folder. Options are displayed in the window to the right. Click Open, which will run and display the report. A list of all of the Ex Libris-created out-of-the-box reports in Alma Analytics.
Hide Columns Using the Table Context Menu View the table visual in a dashboard or from the Visual Gallery. Select next to the column heading name to access the table context menu. Select the tab on the context menu. Clear (uncheck) the fields you want to hide in the table. Save the dashboard and visual.
Hide a Row or Column The column is hidden from view. Nothing is deleted, and its values can still be referenced by formulas, but it wont appear on the spreadsheet.
