Click on the Select Columns option, this will open the column list as below. In that list, uncheck the column that you need to hide. Click OK. Save the changes, then click Publish to publish the change that you just made.
Hide the Field if You Dont Need It Anywhere on your form click the Insert button and select a section. Double click on the new section to open up the properties and type HIDDEN in the Label. Uncheck the Visible by default button and click OR.
Click on Load Entities and select your entity from the list. If you want to hide all fields from Advanced Find list which are not used on the form then, click on Valid for Adv. Find and un tick the fields which has On Form false. Its done.
As explained in the ACF documentation, it is possible to hide a field by returning false . Note that you dont have the form context here, so the field will be hidden everywhere on the front-end. You can use ispage() , issingular() and other WP templates functions if you need to target a specific page.
Look for the option Searchable. If you want to hide the field from advanced find, you need to mark Searchable as False.
For your references, you can find a list of ACF specific functions, filters and actions in the documentation. Youll need to deactivate ACF by clicking on the Deactivate link on the Plugins page, followed by the Delete link. This will remove all of the plugins files from the WordPress plugins directory.
Within the selected entity navigate to the section Business Rule and open it and click on New. Now the business rule template should get opened. Here select the dedicated condition for which you have to make a field hidden or visible. In our case we will hide the field Fax when Account Number is blank or empty.
