Hidden Fields are key-value pairs that contain information you already know about your respondents that you want to use to customize your typeform. Values for Hidden Field variables come from parameters you add to your typeforms URL, not from information respondents enter in the Typeform.
In QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can create custom fields for almost anything: sales reps, customer types, vendor IDs, PO numbers, or info unique to your industry. You can add custom fields to sales forms, purchase orders, expense forms, customer profiles, and vendor profiles.
Create custom item fields Go to the Lists menu and select Item List. Double-click any item on the list to open and edit it. Select Custom Fields. Then select Define Fields. You can create types for your customers easily. Go to Get paid pay or Sales, then select Customers (Take me there). From the Customers screen, select Customer types. Select New customer type.

You can only create 3 custom fields on sales forms in QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials. In QuickBooks Online Plus, you can only create 3 custom fields for purchase orders.
To configure a hide field action: While creating a new workflow choose the Field rules option in the When to trigger workflow dropdown. Click the Add New Action block. Zoho Creator executes the action whenever there is an activity on the form. Choose the Hide Fields task.
