Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can set up a signature in Outlook on both the desktop and on the web, and before we jump into it, as full disclosure, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. Why dont we jump into it, that way you could start looking very professional with nice signatures in your emails. Lets jump into it. All right, well here I am on my desktop and what were going to do first is I want to show you how to do it using Outlook desktop. I have Outlook here on my taskbar. Im going to go ahead and click on this. This is the latest version of Outlook, its part of Office 365. Itll probably work if you have an older version of Outlook as well, but I cant promise anything, but signatures havent changed that much. Its been a feature in Outlook for a very long time, so if you follow along, it should work for you regardless of what version you have. So here I am in Outlook. How do you update your signature?

The group signature scheme is an important primitive in cryptography, it allows members in a group to generate signatures anonymously on behalf of the whole group.
Signing groups enable you to send a document to a predefined group of recipients and have any one member of the group sign your document. When you send a document to a signing group, anyone in the group can open it and sign it with their own signature.
A group signature scheme is a method for allowing a member of a group to anonymously sign a message on behalf of the group. The concept was first introduced by David Chaum and Eugene van Heyst in 1991.
Signing Groups allow you to create a group of people to which an envelope is sent. Any member of that group can open an envelope and sign the documents in the envelope with their own signature, even though a signature field was not directly assigned to them.
administrators can create new groups and add users to the group. In Admin, select Groups. Select ADD GROUP. Enter a name for the group and select an account. When finished, select ADD GROUP. Select ASSIGN USERS. Select the users to add to the group, and select ADD USERS.
Group signatures allow users to sign on behalf of a group of users. Essentially, this ensures that the message originates from any member of the group. However their identity within this group is not revealed, except to a trusted opener who holds the opening secret key.
There are two types of signature schemes, namely, with appendix and with message recovery. In the former, the target message is the input of the verification algorithm, that is, the verifier must know the message in advance to verify the signature.
In contrast to group signature, ring signatures provide permanent user anonymity. Moreover, in ring signatures, users are not fixed to a group. A signer forms an ad-hoc group with selected users when publishing a message. The signer employs other users public keys without their consent to hide his identity.
