Create a new folder when saving your document by using the Save As dialog box With your document open, click File Save As. Under Save As, select where you want to create your new folder. In the Save As dialog box that opens, click New Folder. Type the name of your new folder, and press Enter. Click Save.
Go to Layout Breaks Page. Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert Page Break.
To Group Files in the File List: Browse to the folder or folders containing your files. Do one of the following: Click View | Group By and select a group option. Click the Group drop-down and select a group option.
Hold the Shift (or Ctrl) key and click the objects you want to group. Click the Group command on the Format tab, then select Group. The selected objects will now be grouped. There will be a single box with sizing handles around the entire group so you can move or resize all of the objects at the same time.
A page break is a special marker that will end the current page and start a new one. Click to place your cursor where you want to start a new page. Click the Insert tab.
The Group button is unavailable Make sure you have multiple shapes or pictures selected. If your selection includes a table, worksheet, or GIF image, the Group button will not be available.
To group objects together, select them by clicking on them while holding down Shift, and choose Arrange Group (Cmd-G) in the menu. To ungroup the the objects, select the group and choose Arrange Ungroup (Cmd-Shift-G) in the menu. A group of objects is represented in the Project Tree as a single item.
The different kinds of section breaks include next page, continuous, even page, and odd page breaks.
Continuous Section break starts the new section on the same page. This type of section break is often used to change the number of columns without starting a new page. Even Page Section break starts a new section on the next even-numbered page. Odd Page Section break starts a new section on the next odd-numbered page.
