Your deed will be prepared by a Texas licensed attorney in about an hour. This fee does not include the county recording fee. The county recording fee is approximately $15 to $40, depending on the county the property is located in.
All deeds must be prepared by the owner of the property or by an attorney licensed to practice in Virginia.
The answer is yes. Parties to a transaction are always free to prepare their own deeds. If you do so, be sure your deed measures up to your states legal regulations, to help avert any legal challenge to the deed later.
Once a deed has been recorded by the County Clerks Office, copies of the deed may be requested if the original deed has been misplaced. Plain copies can be found by using the Official Public Records Search and selecting Land Records. A certified copy may be purchased through request either in person or by mail.

You can obtain Official Copies of the Title Register, Title Plan and Filed Deeds directly from the Land Registry only by making a postal application using either form OC1 (for the Title Register and/or Title Plan) or form OC2 (for Filed Deeds). You cannot obtain Official Copies directly from the Land Registry online.
