If you have been asked or granted access to sign on behalf of someone else, you will need to import their Digital Identity into your copy of docHub so you may use it to sign for them: IMPORTING THE DIGITAL ID FROM THE PERSON YOU WILL BE SIGNING FOR: Make sure they have created a Digital Identity in docHub.
How To Make a PDF docHub and Request Others To Sign Open the eSign tool. Upload your PDF document. Once it loads, click Add Signer. Fill out the signers name and email. Specify where the signer should sign. Hit Review Send.
To create a PDF that is editable and fillable by the recipient with docHub, follow these steps: Open your docHub software and click on File Open to open the fillable File. After opening the File, click on the Advanced tab. Click Extend Forms Fill-In Save In docHub Reader.
Steps to add a signature block to a PDF. Open the PDF with docHub. Select Tools at the top left of the screen. In the Forms Signature sections, choose Prepare Form. Select Start. Choose the Add a Signature block icon from the tools ribbon. Move your cursor to where you want to place the block and click.
Log into eSignature as an Administrator. Click Settings at the top of the page. Select Document Custom Fields under SIGNING AND SENDING. Click ADD FIELD. Name: #HREFdocHubSupport. Type: Text Field. Initial Value: { text for hyperlink } i.e. Visit the Support Center.
Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click the Fill Sign tool in the right pane. Add a recipient: Enter an email address and add a custom message if you want.
Locate your hyperlink custom field and drag and drop on to your document. Note: If you need to have more than one recipient interact with the hyperlink, select the Field and click on Collaboration then select Recipients Can collaborate. In this way the tag will still be interactive even for other recipients.
Sign using docHub Open your document with docHub. Select File and Request signatures. Add the email addresses of the signers and click Specify where to sign. Click the relevant area of the document to place signature fields. Once you have finished, click Send to email the recipients.
