In this tutorial, David demonstrates how to reorder pages in a PDF using DocHub. He opens a PDF in DocHub and goes to the option called 'organize pages.' If it's not visible, he suggests clicking on tools to find it. By clicking on organize pages, he shows how to move pages around by holding the left click and dragging them to the desired location. This allows for reordering and rearranging of pages in the PDF file.
