This video tutorial teaches how to paginate a PDF file by adding page numbers and custom text to specific pages. To add pagination, go to the tools tab, click on edit, then header and footer, and select add. Choose where to place the pagination (header or footer, left, right, or center), then click into the chosen window. In this example, pagination is added to the bottom right corner. Click on insert page number, edit the text's font size and color, and adjust the margin for visibility. To paginate a specific page range, click on page range options and customize as needed.
