hi this is Richard Bern and this video I want to take a look at some of the sharing settings inside Google Forms particularly inside Google Forms that are in a Google Apps domain so that is a an account that is not a gmail account but might be like at your school comm or at your school net so lets go ahead and take a look here Ive got this sample form and Im gonna open it up in Google Forms now were using the newer version of Google Forms here not the old version lets go ahead and take a look at this form so up here in the gear icon for the settings you can see I can change it from anyone within my domain to anyone in the world who has access to this now thats going to be useful if youre creating a form to collect information from parents for example you you want to sign up for a time slot for a parent-teacher conference youre going to want to switch that to anyone but if youre only using it with your students and you just want to do this as a quiz activity you just say only
