This tutorial shows how to generate an e-certificate in Google Forms using the DocHub-em add-on. To begin, click on the more dotted button, then add-on, and select DocHub-em. Turn on the default status, set passing criteria (e.g. 40 or 50), and choose a template (e.g. golden or custom). To use a custom template, create one first using DocHub records.
