We can choose from “New Listing”, “New Purchase or Offer”, “New Lease” or “New Lease-Listing”. For our purposes today, let’s go with “New Purchase or Offer”. Now that we’ve chosen the Transaction Type, we need to decide on a few other things. First, we need to enter a name for this template.
