Using a tightrope drill pin, create a tunnel at the center of the femoral ACL footprint. Pass a fiberlink suture tape through the eyelet of the ACL tightrope drill pin. Pass the small ring portion of the fiber ring over the tip of a fastpass scorpion suture passer. Load the fiber ring suture into the scorpion from the medial portal and pass it through the intact remnant of the ACL. Cinch down the fiber ring by pulling the shuttle loop end, forming the luggage tag stitch. Add multiple fiber ring sutures as needed. Cut the shuttle loop below the splice and load the tiger wire leader suture into the fiber ring shuttle loop. Shuttle the leader suture through the fibering suture.
