Depending on the characteristics of the text in your document, you might notice that justifying a paragraph may not produce the best looking results. This is because when you choose to justify a paragraph, Word expands the text on each line by adding space between words and letters.
You can easily switch document views in Word. The document view buttons appear in the lower-right corner of the application. They also appear on the View tab of the Ribbon in the Views button group and the Immersive button group. Clicking any of these buttons changes the working view of your document.
